2019 Graduation Message of Dr. Hermogenes M. Panganiban
It is with deep sense of pride that I congratulate all school heads, administrators, faculty members, parents, guardians, Local Government Units and other stakeholders for another year of huge success.
Completion or graduation is indeed an important milestone in the life of an individual. It marks the realization of the student’s dream that he had been aiming at and working for in a span of years.
Dear completers and graduates of School Year 2018-2019, please accept my warmest congratulations. Whether it is your moving –up or graduation, what matters most is that you have successfully hurdled all obstacles in this journey.
This year’s theme “Unity in Diversity: Quality Education for All (Pagkakaisa sa Pagkakaiba-iba: Kalidad na Edukasyon para sa Lahat)” implies unity among people with diverse cultural, religious and other demographic differences. This wants to convey that despite of these differences, all of us should live together in peace and harmony to achieve our ultimate dream to produce Filipinos who passionately love our country and whose values and competencies enable them to realize their full potential and contribute meaningfully in building the nation. This school year, I believe, we have done something to realize this vision and we have proven once again that through our united efforts and selfless collaboration everything is possible.
To our students, with all the knowledge, skills, values and attitudes you have gained during your stay in your respective institutions, we believe that we’ve done our part for your life-changing endeavors and unending possibilities. What you need to do now as you journey through life is to keep working for your dreams with discipline, determination, patience and above all faith in God until you become the best that you can be. Sec. Leonor “Liling” Briones says “Bear in mind that while education is your right, it also bestows upon you a greater responsibility to contribute to the betterment of our society”. So dear students, there’s no reason not to accept the challenge.
Once again, congratulations and Mabuhay!
